Being North American in Bosnia

Sarajevo and Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina

5 hours from Belgrade, Serbia, on the road,
another day of spinning couchsurf/hitchhike good/bad luck.
   Four female Polish hitchhikers, two Bosnians, two North Americans:
      A house of strangers, stories, and laughter in a city torn by war;
      eerie, only because I lack all the history for all the holes.
              Learning to walk the tightrope/slackline among strangers.
(1 day and 2 afternoons)

And off to Mostar, a city divided by a bridge and war, by Muslims, Christians, and tourists.

Off to the Croatian sea.
